Production of biomedical products is performed in special working conditions. Half of Bioiks facility area represent clean rooms of class ISO8. The cleanliness is maintained by special air handling units that treat and filter air. By following strict dressing rules, as well as by proper movement and behaviour of workers in production area we guarantee minimum possibility of physical and microbiological contamination of products.

With machines for RF welding of PVC foil, equipped with special tools, we manufacture flexible plastic bags of different dimensions and volumes.

With automatic and manual tube cutters we cut PVC tubes of different diameters, which are rolled up on reels. We cut them to various lengths varying from 3 cm to 10 m.

By using homemade gluers, we apply different glues and solvents on the plastic materials and assemble them into subassemblies and lines. 

Daily we RF weld PVC foils into bags, cut PVC tubes onto different lengths and with the help of gluers we bond and assemble different plastic lines.
